JEFF FINLEY

 Canadian football defensive lineman for the Toronto Argonauts. He was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the third round of the 2014 CFL Draft. He played CIS football at Guelph University and attended Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School as well as Niagara Spears. Finley played for the Guelph Gryphons from 2011 to 2013 where he studied Human Kinetics at Guelph

 

LIRIM HAJRULLAHU

Canadian football placekicker for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He won the 2017 Grey Cup with the Argonauts. Hajrullahu played CIS football at the University of Western Ontario and attended Governor Simcoe Secondary School as well as with the Niagara Spears. Hajrullahu was signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on January 17, 2014, became a free agent on February 9, 2016 and signed with the Toronto Argonauts that same day. February 13, 2018, Hajrullahu signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats where he is still. 

ALEX CHARETTE

 

Canadian football wide receiver who currently plays for the Toronto Argonauts.  Alex started his football career at Saint Francis Catholic Secondary School in St. Catharines,  In addition to playing for his high school he played in the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) for the Niagara Spears from 2005 to 2009. In university he played with the Guelph Gryphons. 

MARIO VILLAMIZAR

 This Niagara Spears Alumni and Holy Cross graduate spent four productive years at Wilfrid Laurier, Mario was the Lions sixth-round selection (51st overall) in the 2019 CFL Draft.

JOHN RUSH

 

This Niagara Spears Alumni and Niagara Falls native  spent five diligent years at Guelph University, John has been with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers since 2017.

JOHNNY AUGUSTINE

 Canadian football Running back for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Augustine played college football at University of Guelph, this Niagara Spears Alum has been with Winnipeg since 2018.

JOHN SURLA

Canadian football linebacker in the Canadian Football League who is currently a free agent. He played CIS football for the Western Ontario Mustangs. He was originally signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on May 18, 2011 after going undrafted in the 2011 CFL Draft. After failing to make the team, he signed with the Alouettes. On May 7, 2012, he was released by the Alouettes.
